Refund Policy

  1. All Sales Are Final

    • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. I do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

  2. Exceptions

    • I only accept returns or exchanges if the product you received is:

      • Incorrect: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

      • Damaged: If the product arrives damaged or defective.

    • In such cases, please get in touch with me within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the incorrect or damaged product.
